Because our products are digital and are made available electronically after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact BuyerReady Guides and we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the product.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong digital product, or experienced another billing or delivery error, please contact us so we can review the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund or otherwise correct the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
